Hi, everybody! I'm sure you are enjoying the Christmas holidays and relaxing, aren't you? Well, it's nice being at home and having some time just for ourselves and doing the things we like. But here I am, writing to you, to do another task before the ending of the year.
At this time of the year we are usually full of wishes and resolutions for the coming new year. We often promise ourselves a lot of things we are or we are not ging to do next year. I'm sure you are all going to study more and be even better at school. But these are not the only things you have in mind to improve in the following year, are they?
So, write me about your New Year's resolutions. Mention or talk about at least three of them, those you think are the most important for you; the things you are going to do, to change, to improve or anything else, to become a better person or to help other people - your friends, parents or anybody else, or just to feel better yourselves. I'm looking forward to reading all your resolutions. It will be nice and very interesting, I'm sure.
And what are my New Year's resolutins? Well, I'm going to enjoy every single day, I promise. I'm not going to bother about things I can't change. I'm going to find more time for myself and for the people I love. I'm going to spend more time with my grandchildren, I'm going to... . There are a lot of them, perhaps too many!
I wish you that most of your resolutions will come true! Be well, all of you, and see you at school again 0n Monday 5th, full of new energy.

My New Year`s Resolutions:
1.I have troubles undrestanding Maths and I usually write tests bed so i`m going to do more exercises and i´m going to study Maths more next year.
2. I´ve got a bunny and i don´t have much time to play with him or look after him when hi´s in our garden running and playing, so next year I´m going to make more time for him so he´ll be able to jump and play as much as he´ll want to.
3. Everytime my friends and I appoint to go somewhere at arranged time I´m late and they are very angry because they had to whait for me, so next year I´ll always be 10min

Bravo Saša and bravo Lucy! Well, Lucy, I haven't quite got it - what are you going to to do not to be late when having an appointment with your friends? Are you going to be there 10 minutes earlier? Am I right?
Well, it's New Year's Eve and I do hope you are all busy for the last preparations. Have a nice and "warm" evening -brrrr it's very cold outside - and enjoy yourselves. And do not use too many fire crackers or better not use any at all. Remember what we had said at school: it can be very dangerous and noisy and frightening for people and specially for animals.

- I know that I could have better marks at some subjects. I'm going to study more
- During the week I'm always busy,because I have a lot of activities and my room is often in a mess. So I'm going to have my room always tidy.
- Last year my cheerleading team won a lot of competitions and we were placed to the World's. That competition is not easy,because there are a lot of very good teams.I want that my team will show the best that it can do. So I'm going to do my best at practises.

Well, read again the notice and you will see that for expressing resolutions we use the structure "going to" because we speak about our plans or some kind of promises me make to ourselves.

I´m sorry because I´m late, but I was on holidays.
My New Yearś Resolutions:
- I´m going to spend more time with my family, because if I´m not on cheerleading practice, I´m on my computer or I study, so I´m going to be on my computer just one hour a day, so Iĺl be able to be with my family more
- i´m going to try speak slowly, when teachers ask me for mark in school and I usully speak to fast and then I tell wronk answer and I get a bed mark
- I´m going to be more careful at cheerleading practice because I´m very clumsy, so I´m always break
